I recently purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Cars Plus in Maite, Guam. The service I received from Lynn Ching, Sales Executive at Cars Plus would certainly be considered "Above and Beyond" the call of duty... I am not only happy with the car I purchased but extremely grateful I had Lynn Ching as my sales person. I feel as though I've known Lynn for a long time and to me, that is an indication of one's dedication to providing the very best in customer satisfaction. Hello...I recently made a purchase at your dealership. Our sales associate was Mr. Ralph Muna and we also worked with Mr. Richard Thompson in finance. Mr. Muna was nothing short of amazing. He took the time to get to know us and what we NEEDED in a vehicle. When you decide to purchase a vehicle we consider it a pretty substantial investment. Mr. Muna put us at ease and made us feel like part of the family and was patient with us in making the right decision on a great car. He did everything with a smile and answered every question we had, and there were many! He never "pushed" us into buying, instead he walked us step by step through the process which made a world of difference and took the stress away that is usually associated with buying a car. Though we had looked at a couple of pre-owned cars, we fell in love with the 2010 three door Hyundai Accent (and it's price). It had everything we needed in a second car and it's safety features put it over the top considering we have two young children. When it came to the final proceedings Mr. Thompson was great. He came out to us and was very cordial and put us at ease about the whole financial process. Though we dealt with Mr. Muna and Mr. Thompson more closely than the rest of your amazing team, the other salesman and customer care people were great. They always greeted us with a smile and even took the time out to greet our son's and give them high fives. I see that not only You but your staff take pride in being part of a locally owned business, and we were happy to work with you. Mr. Muna and Mr. Thompson and the Cars Plus staff not only met our expectations, they exceeded them.
When our car was brought to us, it was immaculate. Sometimes you don't notice the guys that work "behind the scenes" but it was hard not to with the excellent detailing job they did on the vehicle, IT WAS GLISTENING!

I am writing to congratulate you on the wonderful staff you have at Cars Plus, specifically Mr. Graig "Goro" Reyes.
Mr. Reyes or Goro, should be recognized for his professionalism, enthusiasm, and exemplary customer service that he provided me. It was two weeks ago that I was at the Cars Plus dealership...the blue Mini Cooper caught my eye, I have often dreamt of owning one...that was on Sept. 8 2009. Two weeks later, to the date, Sept. 22, 2009 my dream came true. I am now the proud owner of a Mini Cooper.
My dream came true because of the efforts Goro made to assure I would be a satisfied customer. He never said no, instead, he always did his best to assist me. He answered all my questions, was very attentive to my needs, and kept me updated with the process....most importantly he did it always with a smile and reassurances. He really made me feel important, appreciated, and most of all he made me feel like a valuable customer.

I would like to commend you on your employee, Paul San Nicolas. Unforutnately I am moving off island but while I was searching for a car Mr. San Nicolas was the consummate professional. He worked diligently to find the right car that I might like and informed me of those possibilities. On test rides he was courteous, informative and polite.

I managed to pull over and replace the front-right tire with the spare but was out of luck when I realize my right-rear tire was flat as well. Having only lived in Guam for five months and not knowing who best to call. I phone the wonderful gentlemen who sold me my Cars Plus car - Tom Tanner. I explained my situation to Tom and without hesitation he said he would be right there to assist. Fifteen minutes later Tom showed up with a 'fix-a-flat' can and the kindness he has always shown me and my family. Tom followed me to Cars Plus and made sure I was okay. This service above and beyond normal duty hours is tremendously appreciated. Tom said when we purchase a car with Cars Plus we become part of the Cars Plus family and family takes care of one another. Tom was right! Please see that this message is delivered to Tom's supervisor. I want Cars Plus to know that they truly have a wonderful asset in Mr. Tanner. My family purchased two cars from Cars Plus and we recommend people all the time. My reputation is on the line when I recommend and with people like Tom Tanner I know my reputation will stay intact.
