My First Trip Home
Dear Mr. Crisostomo:
I rented a car from Payless Car Rental, Guam for six days in July, attending the John F. Kennedy High School Mega Reunion. I thought you should know you have a great staff working for you. Mr. Ricky Sanchez was especially courteous and professional.
When I got into a little car accident, Mr. Sanchez was very patient and helpful with me. Because I didn’t sign up for the damage waiver, I needed repair bills and other documents to file a report to my credit card company. Mr. Sanchez got the necessary paperwork and gave it to me before I left the island. He continued to help me after I learned I needed additional documents by faxing it to me after I returned home.
As a former resident of Guam, having been raised on the island until I graduated high school in 1984, I want to thank you and your staff for making my first trip home in sixteen years a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I won’t wait another sixteen years for my next trip back to Guam.

I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the service and responses that Vince Mafnas, Carlo Leon Guerrero & Jacob Guerrero have provided. I traded in my 2004 Toyota Sienna that was constantly in and out of the shop and at the time of the trade it had been sitting at Atkins Kroll Dealership awaiting repair. Because of that I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica because of its reputation of reliability, dependability & five star rating that I had read up on the vehicle. Just after the first week after I picked up the vehicle I started to experience some problems. However, Vince Mafnas met with me and reassured me that all the problems would be addressed and stands by the product. Giving the benefit of the doubt I am very pleased to say that they all have been addressed. dealership had originally sold and financed through Navy Federal
Credit Union. We paid the vehicle off and Navy Federal sent us a
lien release but reported that they had never received the title.

me exactly what I needed and offered to handle getting the lost
title for us if we would send the necessary documents directly to
him. In 15 years of the car business I have never been more impressed
with someone willing to help. We sent the documents to Richard Thompson
and I received the title in a few days. Richard was very professional
and went out of his way to help.
Your telephone operator
was very pleasant; after she realized Richard wasn't available she
introduced herself and offered to take a message. It appears you
